Chef Júlia Floriano


Born in Brazil, she ran her own restaurant for three years. After moving to Europe eight years ago, she worked as a private chef in the homes of renowned families. Later, she entered the hospitality and restaurant industry in Porto, specializing in fine dining and creating dessert menus for 4 and 5-star hotels. Currently, she leads the kitchen at YOTEL Porto, where she is developing a new menu that combines flavors from Portuguese cuisine.
